To enhance therapy effectiveness and job satisfaction, the purpose of this course is to:  1. Identify a mindset and various ways to transform conflict into constructive change. 2. Describe a new Strengths-based Conflict Resolution Model; provide practical conflict management strategies; and illustrate its usage with children and adults.   3. Discuss one community’s Strengths-based Restorative Justice Program.
