OTAC 2018 Annual Conference

Change is constant and inevitable. We can resist change but we can hardly ever prevent it. However, as we face changes in our professional lives we can make decisions about whether we are proactive and anticipate change or only reactive. We can choose the meaning we wish to attach to change and our emotional reaction. In this keynote address, Dr. Braveman will challenge us to see change as an ally rather than an enemy and to be the river, rather than the rock.
